PLEASE NOTE: Due to the surge in online shopping throughout the past year, Brexit & pandemic related issues – many suppliers are experiencing a backlog in orders. Throughout our extensive supply network utilising an array of independent national couriers, variations in delivery times apply. We aim to keep you informed of your order progress as much as possible. We appreciate your patience and co-operation.
How Will I Receive my Order?
We will send your order using the quickest, safest and most reliable delivery method available. We will select an appropriate delivery method and carrier on confirmation of your order. It is currently not feasible to provide a choose a carrier service.
You can view the delivery method chosen for your purchases in the following locations:
- In your Order Confirmation email that you receive from us when you have placed an order
- In the Dispatch Confirmation email that you receive when ordered products have been confirmed for dispatch
Small Parcel Delivery
Your items are being delivered by one of our parcel carriers to your front door. On dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number, where applicable. Please note this service is not available for all products.
Some larger items will be delivered by carriers to the entrance door of your property, delivering on a kerbside or threshold delivery service. Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date (where available). We will also provide a tracking number so that you can track your parcel(s) (subject to availability from the chosen carrier service and not available on some products).
In addition, where the service is available the carrier will contact you via email and/or text message with further delivery instructions and the time window for delivery.
In case of a very heavy/large shipments or palletised items (e.g. garden sheds) a Kerbside delivery service will take place.

When will my order arrive?
Want to track your order now? Visit MyAccount to see the estimated delivery date for each of your ordered products. Click “Track Parcel” for any of your products to get more details on the status of your delivery.
Products list an estimated delivery date. Upon dispatch we will send you (where available) a tracking number to track your parcel to your delivery address, as well as update you with a more accurate delivery date.
Subject to certain geographical, size and product limitations, delivery costs may vary. Unless otherwise marked, items marked FREE DELIVERY! on the product page will ship for free! We charge for delivery on other items based on the specifics of the product and the delivery location (subject to change).
Fencing Products: The shipping costs on fencing panels, fence posts, etc are calculated on weight, size of order and delivery postcode. Therefore, we recommend that you email us at [email protected] with your fencing needs and we will calculate your exact delivery cost and shipping timings. That way, we can also endeavour to get you the best deal possible from our range of fencing suppliers.
Please note: We currently deliver to UK Mainland only and are unable to ship to postcodes within the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, etc. In addition, in certain situations, due to our network availability, we are unable to deliver certain products, including but not limited to certain large items (e.g. sheds and hot tubs), to certain postcodes in the UK. This exclusion applies regardless of the quantity. All fees and delivery limitations are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout (subject to change).
